Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for after-sales service network layout and development
- Promote service station site selection, negotiation and access implementation
- Coordinate image standard construction and implementation of service stations
- Supervise standardized rectification of service station hardware environment
- Drive the improvement of service quality system for after-sales stations
- Review and optimize operational issues of service stations
- Maintain customer relations with cooperative after-sales network stations
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in after-sales service in the automotive industry
