Every Dongfeng sold in South Africa is covered by the most comprehensive EV care package in the market:

Warranty Policy (Vehicle/Battery):
Vehicle: 5 years/150,000km.
Battery: 10 years/No limit mileage.

Scope of Application and Prerequisites of the Warranty Policy:
1) First owner: The ownership of the vehicle has not changed since the first sale to the end customer. Once the vehicle is resold, the extended warranty rights will terminate.
2) Non operating vehicles: Vehicles that have not been used as taxis or for other similar profit-seeking commercial activities.
3) Standardized maintenance: From the date of purchase by the end customer, the vehicle has undergone regular maintenance strictly in accordance with the maintenance intervals and items indicated in the maintenance manual at authorized service dealers of Party A.
4) Standardized maintenance record management: Vehicle maintenance records must be registered and submitted by Party B in the system designated by Party A, ensuring no omissions or delays in the maintenance records. Meanwhile, to ensure the completeness of the maintenance history, Party B should also, as much as possible, provide feedback to Party A on the general repair history of the vehicle.
5) Genuine parts for repairs: Genuine original parts or parts authorized by Party A must always be used for vehicle repairs.
